Building Strength: Progress over time


Moving my PR to this page.  Will try to keep it current going forward.

On Jan 8th, in my first CrossFit experience, the idea of moving any weight made me laugh, shucks, even moving my body weight was a challenge.  So, we started with PVC pipe and learning to squat.  In the blog post below, you can see the transformation.  Some items I haven’t tried for a long time, and so will try them.
